1st Time Client
Welcome! If you're new to our salon, please review the following before scheduling your 1st appointment. +Transfer Clients: If you already have locs and are switching to our salon, your 1st appointment must be a Repairs Consultation. This allows us to evaluate your locs and recommend the right care plan. +Interested in Color Service: Please schedule a Color Consultation before scheduling any color service. We need to evaluate your hair's condition and discuss your desired look. +Starting Your Loc Journey: Begin with a Loc Consultation so we can determine the best method for your hair type, lifestyle and goals. These consultation are the 1st step to help us provide expert-level care tailored to you.
Day of Appointment
+All clients are given a 15 minute grace period for arriving late. After 15 minutes appointment may be cancelled/rescheduled +This is a full service salon and we offer scalp cleansing shampoos with most services. If it's not included, it may be added if time permits at additional cost. + Payment methods: cash, Zelle, or debit/credit using Square payment system. Be advised that all debit/credit card payments will have a processing fee of 4% of total services charged.
Reschedule / Late Cancellation
+Any appointment cancelled within 48 hrs will be charged $100. This fee is not applied to any future appointments booked. +Appointments cancelled same day will be charged 100% of services scheduled. This fee is not applied to any future appointments scheduled. +Fees must be paid to continue scheduling with the salon.
Health & Wellness Policy
For the safety of our salon, our families and every client we serve, we kindly ask that you do not come to the salon if you are feeling sick or showing any cold-like symptoms (such as coughing, sneezing, fever, runny nose, or sore throat). +Instead, we prefer that you call or text the salon from home to let us know about your condition so we can reschedule your appointment. +If you arrive to the salon visibly ill, your appointment will be immediately cancelled, and a cancellation fee will be applied. We care deeply about your health and ours and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping the salon a safe space for all.
Retainer
+All retainers are non refundable. +Retainers can be transferred one time within a 60 day period. +60 days begins from the date payment is made. +After 60 day period from payment date retainer is forfeited to salon.
