DAY OF APPOINTMENT
+All clients are given a 15 minute grace period for arriving late. After 15 minutes appointment may be cancelled/rescheduled
+This is a full service salon and we offer scalp cleansing shampoos with most services. If it's not included, it may be added if time permits at additional cost.
+ Payment methods: cash, Zelle, or debit/credit using Square payment system. Be advised that all debit/credit card payments will have
a processing fee of 4% of total services charged.
RESCHEDULE/LATE CANCELLATION
+Any appointment cancelled within 48 hrs will be charged $100. This fee is not applied to any future appointments booked.
+ Appointments cancelled same day will be charged 100% of services booked. This fee is not applied to any future appointments booked.
+These fees are not applied to any future appointments booked. Must be paid to continue booking with the salon.
Retainer
+All retainers are non refundable.
+Retainers can be transferred one time within a 60 day period. 60 days begins from the date payment is made.
+After 60 day period from scheduled loc consultation retainer is forfeited to salon.
